Aniruddha Dwarka-sila
Origin - HH Bhaktisiddhanta Swami placed six (6) Shalagrams and one (1) 'Aniruddha' Dwarka-sila into my care last October (2006). Since then I have been working towards incrementally increasing Their service and facilities. They are now the worshippable Lords of over 108 Tulasi plants and several hundred flowering plants! All Their paraphernalia is made of gold and silver with an ample supply of fresh Australian Sandalwood to keep them cool and refreshed!
Intention - I am working towards caring for a 'Maha Vaikuntha Sangraha', 108 Shalagram Silas, As per Skanda and Garuda Purana - "The place where more than one Shaligrama is worshipped, that place itself becomes a pilgrimage. Lord Narayan further says that a place where 108 Shaligrama Shilas are placed and worshipped I personally come and stay there and grant boons to the worshipper. If the devotee worship Shaligramas of different types as 'Sangraha' he is blessed with the supernatural powers with which he can establish peace, prosperity and 'Vaikunta' like environment in the society. Worship of Shree Shaligram brings six values in the life of the devotee, namely, Righteous living, Wealth, Protection, good health, pleasures and Spiritual liberation. The presence of Shaligrama Shila purifies the environment of the house and the workplace of the devotee and removes all the negativity and brings immense prosperity, peace, dignity, protection and takes the devotee to the spiritual liberation"!
I would like to network with other 'like-minded' devotees and am inviting interested parties to contact me at - http://groups.myspace.com/shalagram
